1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SignAja platform ("Service"), a product by Vylera Labs ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (or the corporate entity you represent) and the Company. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SignAja is a B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application providing enterprise-grade digital signature, e-Meterai stamping, and document lifecycle management capabilities. The Service integrates seamlessly with third-party providers such as Google Workspace and PsRE to execute its core functions.

3. User Responsibilities & Account Security

  • Authorization: You confirm that you possess the necessary authority to bind the enterprise or organization you represent to these Terms.
  • Account Security: Access to the Service is authenticated via strict Zero-Trust SSO (e.g., Google Workspace) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your corporate credentials and any activity occurring under your account.
  • Compliance: You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations, including data privacy and electronic signature regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interest in and to the Service, including its underlying software, algorithms, designs, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of Vylera Labs. Client data and documents executed via the Service remain the exclusive property of the respective Client.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to maintain a high-availability infrastructure, Vylera Labs makes no warranties, explicit or implied, regarding the uninterrupted operation of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vylera Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify enterprise administrators of any material changes via email or through an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after modifications have been published constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.
